Shipping and Handling
We ship your order either the same day or very next, depending on the time received.
We offer the following shipping
methods:
US MAIL PRIORITY/INSURED with a confirmation/tracking number FOR MOST PRODUCTS. Beginning approximately
04/11/2007, almost the complete Mueller line of scopes will be shipped UPS Ground/insured from Chesterfield, MO.

Returns
I'll take returns on new unused/unopened commodities I've sold to you but there's a 10% restocking fee if it's not
our fault the product is being returned. In addition, you will also have to pay the shipping charges back to our business
location.
If we made an error, we'll pay to have it shipped back and ship the correct item to you immediately.
If it's lost in the mail, 30 days must elapse from day of shipment before a claim can be made. If enough time
has passed (say 3 weeks), we'll ship you a replacement and make the claim. Knock on wood, but I've never lost anything
by shipping US Mail.
