Shipping and Handling

We ship your order either the same day or very next, depending on the time received.

We offer the following shipping methods:

US MAIL PRIORITY/INSURED via Stamps.com FOR FFL required RECEIVERS OR FIREARMS and some products if stock in
ANCHORAGE, AK. Beginning approximately 04/11/2007, almost all commodities will be shipped UPS Ground/insured from the midwest.

Returns

I'll take returns on new unused/unopened commodities I've sold to you but there's a 10% restocking fee if it's not our fault the product is being returned. In addition, you will also have to pay the shipping charges back to our business location. No refunds after 30 days after receipt of your item(s). Firearms...NO RETURNS period.

If we made an error, we'll pay to have it shipped back and ship the correct item to you immediately.

If it's lost in the mail, 30 days must elapse from day of shipment before a claim can be made. If enough time has passed (say 3 weeks), we'll ship you a replacement and make the claim. Knock on wood, but I've never lost anything by shipping US Mail.
